Who we are

[COMPANY NAME] (“Brandity”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales, company number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. VAT registration number [VAT NUMBER]. Contact: hello@getbrandity.com.

1. What we provide

Brandity provides branding, marketing and management services, and paid memberships that give access to opportunities, tools and support described on our website. Membership does not guarantee that you will be offered, shortlisted for, or win any particular opportunity, role or campaign.

2. Memberships and access

Paid memberships (Standard, Premium and Elite) are a one-time payment. There is no subscription, renewal charge or recurring fee. Access continues for as long as we continue to operate the Brandity platform. If we cease operating the platform, our liability is limited as set out in section 7 and any statutory rights you have are unaffected.

3. What we do not promise

Search engine rankings, AI-assistant visibility, press coverage, audience growth and income depend on many factors outside our control. We will use reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee any particular ranking, placement, result or level of earnings. Contract and document review offered under Elite is a commercial service and is not regulated legal advice; you should take independent legal advice before signing anything.

4. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your login secure, and be at least 18. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms.

5. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. We may change prices for future purchases; changes do not affect a membership you have already bought.

6. Cancellation

Your statutory cancellation rights and our refund process are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for loss of profit, opportunity or reputation.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
